1. Information we collect

CoreReady may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account credentials, support communications, and other information you choose to provide.

When you use CoreReady, we also process information associated with your practice activity, such as exam sessions, selected answers, scores, objective-level performance, exam history, access entitlements, and subscription status.

Technical information may also be processed automatically by CoreReady or its infrastructure providers, including IP address, browser or device information, request information, timestamps, security events, and diagnostic information.

2. Payments

Payments and subscription billing are processed through Stripe. CoreReady does not intentionally collect or store your full payment card number. Stripe may collect payment method, billing, transaction, and related information necessary to process purchases and subscriptions.

CoreReady may receive information from Stripe such as transaction identifiers, payment status, purchase amount, customer identifiers, subscription identifiers, and billing-related contact information.

• Provide, operate, and secure CoreReady.
• Create and maintain your account.
• Save exam sessions, answers, scores, and performance history.
• Manage exam credits and Unlimited access.
• Process and reconcile purchases and subscriptions.
• Provide customer support.
• Detect abuse, fraud, security threats, and technical problems.
• Improve the reliability and quality of the service.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Service providers

CoreReady relies on third-party service providers to operate the platform. These currently include Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments and subscription management, Cloudflare for hosting, networking, and security, and email service providers used for authentication and service communications.

These providers may process information as necessary to perform services for CoreReady and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide CoreReady, maintain account and transaction records, protect the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.

Some records may need to be retained after account closure where required for security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, or legal compliance.

6. Security

CoreReady uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect account and service information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

7. Children

CoreReady is not directed to children under 13, and users under 13 may not create or use a CoreReady account. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in a manner requiring removal, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. Your choices and requests

You may contact CoreReady to request assistance with your account or to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legitimate operational, security, payment, or legal purposes.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as CoreReady evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, providing additional notice through the service.
