Terms of Use

1. CoreReady is an independent practice platform

CoreReady provides independent certification exam preparation and practice materials. CoreReady is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by CompTIA, Pearson VUE, or any other certification testing organization unless expressly stated.

Certification names, trademarks, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a CoreReady account. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for protecting your password and account access. Accounts are intended for individual use and may not be shared, sold, transferred, or made available to other people.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify CoreReady of suspected unauthorized use.

4. Practice exams and results

CoreReady practice exams are educational preparation tools. Scores, explanations, objective analysis, readiness indicators, and other results are estimates intended to support study and do not guarantee that you will pass any certification examination.

Actual certification exams may differ in content, presentation, difficulty, scoring, timing, and administration.

5. Single Exam credits

A Single Exam purchase currently costs $5 and provides one paid exam credit. A credit is consumed when it is used to start a paid CoreReady exam session. A resumable session does not require another credit merely because you return to the same eligible session.

Credits have no cash value, may not be resold or transferred, and are subject to the Purchase, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. CoreReady Unlimited

CoreReady Unlimited currently costs $20 per month and automatically renews until canceled. While active, Unlimited provides access to supported CoreReady practice exams made available under the subscription.

You may cancel Unlimited through Account & Billing and the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access generally remains available through the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or stated during cancellation.

The catalog of available or planned certification products may change over time. A subscription does not guarantee that any particular future certification exam will be released.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge and agree to provide valid payment information. Recurring subscriptions authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, or resell CoreReady question banks or explanations.
• Share purchased account access or exam content with others.
• Use automated systems to harvest or systematically extract content.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, payment controls, rate limits, or security protections.
• Probe, attack, disrupt, or interfere with CoreReady infrastructure.
• Use CoreReady content to create a competing question bank or commercial practice product.
• Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

9. CoreReady content and intellectual property

Except for third-party names and marks, CoreReady software, original question content, explanations, interface content, branding, presentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to CoreReady and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase provides a limited personal right to use the service. It does not transfer ownership of CoreReady content.

10. Service availability and changes

We work to keep CoreReady available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, software defects, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

CoreReady may update features, practice content, supported exams, pricing, or service functionality. Changes to recurring pricing will not be applied retroactively and will be communicated when required.

11. Suspension and termination

CoreReady may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, payment abuse, security threats, prohibited content extraction, account sharing, violations of these Terms, or unlawful use.

12. Disclaimer

CoreReady is provided for educational practice purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees regarding certification outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoreReady will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as CoreReady evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, providing additional notice.
